The Turning Point: From Career Confusion to Purpose-Driven Freedom

For over 20 years, I built a solid career across various industries, developing valuable, transferable skills in office management and customer service. Despite my dedication, I was consistently earning a modest five-figure income—enough to get by, but never enough to create real freedom.

Then, in 2023, everything seemed to change. I landed a role in a major Government organisation and, for the first time, I broke into a six-figure salary. I thought I had finally arrived—I felt accomplished, comfortable, and ready to settle into what looked like long-term success.

But that comfort was short-lived.

Due to unexpected budget cuts, the entire program I was part of was shut down. My two-year contract ended, and overnight, my income dropped from six figures to zero. It was a harsh reality check.

I found myself staring down the barrel of another 20+ years of working life—but this time, with zero desire to return to the same path. I wasn’t trained in a trade or a specialised service. I didn’t have a business degree. I didn’t even know where to begin, let alone how to start my own business.

I felt stuck. Unfulfilled. And yet… deep down, I knew this disruption had cracked open the door to something greater.

What followed was a pivotal choice: stay in the cycle of uncertainty and dependency—or bet on myself and build something meaningful on my terms.
